"I am currently struggling with keeping my books consistently filled some weeks are great and others fall short. I took it as just apart of business but I know some solo wax specialist thrive daily. Also marketing has not been easy on how to strategize it the right way. "I started doing ads last year for a niche service (buccal massage) but can no longer perform that service in Florida. That was my highest converting ad. Since then, i have not been able to convert the same with ads. I had someone initially set up my account and then I started running it. I need ongoing assistance and i really would love to make 15k in my business by the end of the year. There was a time I was making more than 10k with ads. "

"I am struggling with getting and keeping clients since I have switched locations of my suite. I use to bring it about 10-15 clients a week, now I am only bringing in 3-7 clients. A big portion of my clients were children in my old location but with this new location I just wanted to get a slightly older audience but I still don’t mind doing children. "Hope you’re well! I’m currently an aesthetics practitioner in the process of opening my own clinic in Manchester, UK. Alongside this, I run pop-up clinics in Paris and Brussels, and I’ve recently expanded into the US by hiring an injector to carry out treatments on behalf of the brand there as well. I feel like one of my biggest challenges this year has been setting clear goals and staying consistent with promotion. Manchester is my main clinic, and I really want to focus on making it consistently busy and fully booked. With the pop-up clinics and international expansion, I also feel like I haven’t been marketing as strongly as I used to, which could definitely impact the growth and sales potential of the business. Facial balancing is my signature treatment and the service I’m most passionate about.
